The newly developed mentorship program takes smart, willing volunteers, entering 6th grade or higher to help us create new ways to support our cause–equal education for all kids across the world.  We will take 2-8 mentors per application season depending on popularity and interest. Mentors set a weekly schedule to teach, virtually (google meet or zoom), for 5-12 weeks, twice a week, 1 hour - 2 hours per class. Mentors can choose to do a feedback style class where students bring work to the class to share and get suggestions or they can do an instructional style class where the mentor specific details and outline skills and strategies to become a better writer. Classes cost $1 per week, so if the desired class is 5 weeks in length, the total cost will be $5 to join the class. To participate in a class the child must be in kindergarten or above.
